In this blog post I will discuss all of the items you should have on hand for your bridal suite emergency kit and guest bathroom baskets. Often a last-minute detail in the wedding planning process. No. Your guests will absolutely survive the wedding night without having this little luxurious inclusion. However, if you are able to curate a collection of little necessities that may make your guests more comfortable, it can go a long way in creating a lasting impression and keeping everyone partying all night long! This is a checklist that you can also slowly acquire items for throughout your engagement as they go on sale, or delegate to a bridesmaid or family member willing to help to round up for you! Personally, I placed an order on Amazon a couple of weeks prior to the wedding and put the baskets together in a couple of bins from the container store. The biggest thing to note is that all of the supplies were in individual packages or easily shareable. If you end up having quite a few items left over, you can pass them on to a fellow bride who can use them in the near future! Another thing to note, is some venues provide these for you so you can inquire with them to see if they offer something already before creating your own.
I had many guests mention how thoughtful the bathroom baskets were and that they contained just what they needed in the moment. By the end of the night, the baskets we well used!

You may notice that many of the items you already have on hand at home such as a brush, tweezers, a steamer, etc. so there is no need to go out and purchase those items for your bridal suite. You can use the checklist as a packing list before the wedding day to ensure you don’t forget anything.

Although Amazon is a great place to find individually wrapped items in bulk, some of the single travel-sized products may be less expensive at Target or Walmart. I found this was the case for hairspray, dry shampoo, and Colgate Wisps.
